Inquest Pre Employment Screening is a Woman Owned Business that was founded in 1999 by the current President, Kristen Faris. Previous to founding Inquest, Inc., Ms. Faris worked as the General Manager at Records Search, Inc., a Silicon Valley based employment screening firm. At Records Search, Inc. Ms. Faris was responsible for overseeing all facets of the company's operations. This position provided her with the knowledge and experience she needed to found Inquest, Inc. with the help of her advisory board. Through her years of industry experience, Ms. Faris has gained the knowledge and expertise necessary to profitably manage the firm with significant levels of revenue.

With combined industry experience of over 30 years, Inquest's core staff consists of highly trained and experienced employment screening professionals. Consequently, our staff members know the nuances of the background screening process. Furthermore, Inquest has in-house capabilities that allow for significant IT customization and Integration. Our Lead Systems Software Engineer, Latha Srinivasan, has over seven years of experience in the software development process including: Project management; design, development and implementation of Internet applications ; enterprise wide client/servers, and three-tier business applications. Prior to joining Inquest, Inc., Ms. Srinivasan led an offshore team for Sand Hill Systems, developing B2B e-commerce products for Web based Order Entry Systems, Reporting Tools, and e-Procurement Systems. Ms. Srinivasan graduated in 1997 with a Masters in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University, India.
