Training can include how to: enter requests using our Web-based interface, check status of employee background checks, view and decode reports, and manage passwords. Inquest's Web-based order management solution is so easy to use that most users are up and running in a matter of minutes.

Compliance
As a consumer reporting agency, Inquest operates in full compliance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the California Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act (ICRAA)

Inquest provides users with all of the forms and information necessary to ensure that they are in compliance with the FCRA and similar state laws including the ICRAA. Inquest can handle FCRA Compliant Reporting and the FCRA Adverse Action Process upon request.
